As you go through life you have two career options. One option is called security, or a job. The other choice is freedom, or to become an entrepreneur and start your own business.
Most people choose the first option and sadly, even though they think they have security, the reality is that they are usually living paycheck to paycheck, and are often in debt.
What kind of security is that? Many of these people are even making six figure incomes, but barely make enough to pay all of their expenses. This is because every time they get a raise or a bonus they quickly spend it on some material thing. They have nothing to show for all of their hard work except a pile of bills and a lot of useless stuff.
The security option is really a prison that drags you in and captures your life. All you have in this life is time, which I assure you is not meant to be herded around like a sheep. It should be spent taking action to achieve your goals so you can do whatever you want in life.
The second option, freedom, allows you to:
* Have anything
* Do anything
* Be everything you ever imagined.
You can change. You just simply have to believe in yourself and remember this: The path toward freedom will not be easy, that is why it is chosen by few. It will always be foggy, scary, and ever changing.
But isn't that how life is anyway? Life is scary, the future is always unclear, and the world is always changing. You just simply can't control that so don't go hide behind a job thinking that you can.
You will be left to retire and live off of half of what you made while you worked. That does not sound very secure, or like a lot of fun.
I was going through the line at the grocery store the other day and realized that the person bagging my groceries, it was usually some teenager, was an old man. I started asking him questions while he was bagging my groceries and got him to tell me a few things about himself.
His name was Carl and he was 74 years old. He has to bag groceries because he can't afford to pay the bills on his $1,000 a month pension alone. Carl used to work for one of the major car manufacturers in the United States. He worked there for 36 years.
A $1,000 a month retirement income sounded pretty good to Carl back in 1954. He did not take into account inflation and the ridiculous cost of living the twenty-first century has brought about. People liek Carl are in trouble because life is only going to get more expensive.
He was a very nice man and I felt very bad for him. He did not necessarily do anything wrong, but I do know one thing about Carl. He chose the security path long ago and used to think he had it all figured out as he worked at his job through the 50's, 60's, 70's, and 80's.
During those years he thought he had all the security in the world. All he had to do was just go put his time in every week, and eventually he could retire and do whatever he wanted. I hope this doesn't sound familiar. If it does you need to do really sit down and ask yourself, what do I want?
Follow these steps in order to make it come true:
* Make a clear specific goal for yourself
* Visualize yourself attaining it
* Take Action and go do it!
* (Don't visualize yourself bagging groceries at 74)
I am not saying that you should quit your job right away and start a business out of nothing, just start to spend more time imagining what you want. Believe it or not eventually you will figure out how to do it.
Spend more time thinking about what you want and how to achieve it, it could really change your life. Get off the couch, away from the television, and spend time working on your business and your goals.
If you want more money, focus on making more money, not the burdens associated with being broke. Again, be specific as to how much you want. You can set short term and long term amounts. Think big, but do not think unrealistically for your current situation.
Most people do wish for money, but they wish on a whim for more money, without taking action. This leads nowhere. They will often play the lottery, or gamble thinking it will just fall out of the sky.
There is not a get rich quick scheme out there to solve your problems, but having specific goals and taking action to achieve those goals can lead you to places you may have never imagined possible. Take control of your life and either start a business or if you are already an entrepreneur, take it to the next level.
Everybody has a great business within them, just focus on helping people in any area that you have expertise in and ideas will start to flow.

More and more banks are offering offshore bank accounts direct. Just get a list of banks in the country you're interested in, and go to their web sites.
Opening an offshore bank account is like opening one in your high street; meet their criteria, and you're in. The only difference is you're not there in person.
The first thing is to find out whether they will accept citizens or residents of your country. For example, Swiss banks tend not to want US customers; they don't want the hassle from the IRS.
You will need to prove your identity, and the legal existence of your company, if you wish to open an account for it.
If applying by mail, DO NOT PART WITH ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS. Get copies notarised by a notary public. Originals can be used for fraud or identity theft. Or they can get lost.
A Notary Public is a public officer commissioned by the State to perform notarial acts. A Notary is an impartial witness. The notary is empowered to issue an apostille.
Apostille - Is a method of certifying a document for use in another country pursuant to the 1961 Hague Convention. With this certification by apostille, a document is entitled to recognition in the country of intended use, and no certification or legalization by the embassy or consulate of the foreign country where the document is to be used is required.
In practice this means you provide evidence to this man that you are who you say you are, and/or that your company is what you say it is. You take an oath on the Bible. That's right, it's not a joke.

Information about yourself - name, date of birth, address, phone number etc.
Your economic background - documents showing how you earn your money (work contract, bank statement, tax return, company documents);
Origin of your deposits - documents showing how you earned them. If you sell a house, proof of the sale, a copy of the estate agent's listing, and so on;
Information about your deposits - how much you plan to deposit, and what you plan to do with the money once you've banked it.

Things You Should Know About Water Damage And Your Computer
Water or almost any other kind of liquid is not a great thing to have around your computer or any other electronic device.
This kind of damage can be expensive to either replace or to have repaired and unfortunately, many people who are unfortunate enough to have this happen to them cannot afford it.
If the liquid spilled upon the device is acidic, like soda or coffee, then it generally does more damage than simple water would do. It causes more corrosion to the metal areas of the motherboard or any other computer component such as the hard drive or CD-ROM.
One of the worst case scenarios is that you spill a liquid onto your laptop where everything, motherboard, hard drive, CD-ROM, and etcetera are all packed into the same general area.
In most cases of water damage to computers, the liquid is spilled merely on the keyboard or another outside component such as the mouse. With laptops, spilling a liquid on the keyboard does not mean that only the keyboard is affected, but also the other components sharing the shell of the laptop are, as well. What can you do if water or another liquid is spilled on your laptop?
Unplug it from the A/C adapter and remove the battery IMMEDIATELY. Unplug any other external devices including external hard drives, mice, other input devices, CD-ROMs, DVD-ROMs, and etcetera.
The next thing is to turn the laptop completely upside down to stop the liquid from sinking any further into it.
Use a towel or paper towels to clean up the spilled liquid, wipe off the keyboard, exterior, and any external devices that came into contact with the liquid as well.
At this point, you could do one of two things. You could take it to a professional repairman and have them look at it (I hope you have an extra arm and leg lying around) or if you know how to take something apart and put it back together, you can try to fix it yourself.
In trying to fix it, you may irreparably damage it, so if you are even remotely unsure about your ability to repair it, it is better to take it to a professional.
If you choose the do-it-yourself route, disassemble the computer and allow it to dry out completely for at least 24 hours, if not longer. Let it dry until you are satisfied that it is completely done.
Whatever you do, do not turn the power on before it is. It is not water itself that kills the circuit board of any electronic device, but the electricity that runs through it when someone tries to turn the device on when it is still wet.

According to Bob Pino, former Massachusetts State Police Crime Lab administrator, "With CSI on television, everything has to be done within that one hour time frame, but in real case work, there's also the actual taking in of evidence, the chain of custody matters that have to be done, then the actual evidence has to be examined by separate examiners."
"The stains have to be identified and once they're identified they have to be typed up, and each one of these processes can take either days or weeks, depending on which type of testing you're doing," Pino revealed to The Boston Channel.
Pino further explained that unlike in the series, "Everything goes into different compartments; different laboratories do different types of the examination. So you'd have one part that does finger prints, one part that does any kind of trace identification, one that does the state identification, and then there'd be DNA done afterwards."

In 1980, a special program was developed for doctors with drug and alcohol abuse problems. The program allows doctors to continue practicing while undergoing alcohol or drug rehab. However, according to the Medical Board of California (MBC), five status reports on the program have proven it to be inefficient and dangerous to patients. The MBC has decided to cancel the program as of next June. Unless the program is extended by legislation, doctors with alcohol and drug abuse problems may then have their licenses revoked with zero tolerance. Doctors abusing drugs or alcohol would be wise to take a leave of absence and get into a successful alcohol or drug rehab program rather than take that risk.
The program requires alcohol or drug testing, group therapy and psychotherapy sessions as well as a designated independent monitor who oversees each doctors practice. However, according to status reports, these requirements are easy to mess with: sometimes the monitor is one of the doctors employees who has been ordered to lie, or no one ensures that the doctor is attending therapy sessions, or the urine tests are done on a predictable schedule so the doctor can also schedule his ingestion of alcohol or drugs accordingly.
